During the COVID-19 pandemic, our goal is to maximize patient safety while providing urgent and emergent eye care. Our staff are wearing masks, gowns, gloves and face shields. Exam rooms are being sterilized after each use. The patient bathroom is closed. We are also screening patients at the office entrance and we will check your temperature and ask you some questions. Please be honest with your responses. Many of our patients are at risk for severe illness from COVID-19 and we want to minimize the risk to you and to these patients.

We ask that all patients entering the office cover their mouth and nose. If you have a mask please wear it, otherwise our office will provide you with one for the duration of your visit.

We have significantly decreased patient numbers to ensure waiting rooms are as empty as possible so please have your driver and any other non-essential people stay outside. PLEASE ATTEND YOU APPOINTMENT ON TIME. It is very likely that you will be the only patient in the office. If you do not plan to attend, please tell us ASAP so we can adjust our bookings accordingly.
